I'm only 34 and I remember Mom's 78 Datsun Station wagon well. And we sold it in ~1987 ish.
OP, I've said it before, but love this project, and thanks for sharing. When my little ones are just a bit bigger, I hope to involve them in around-the-house projects/repairs.
