The EcoDiesel will be back in RAM and Jeep vehicles for 2017. Looks like they have a fix for prior year vehicles as well. Announcement

Easy, the VMotori is already sold here.no restrictions were placed. Unlike the US and the hysteria about Diesels, Diesels are being sold in record numbers
