The EcoDiesel will be back in RAM and Jeep vehicles for 2017. Looks like they have a fix for prior year vehicles as well. Announcement

Neither , they have a different emphasis.,Euro stages are more aimed at CO2 and particulates , US N0x. " Euro" does not relate to Europe as such, but the type of restrictions. You get Japanese , Korean Trucks that have a "'Euro" compliance.
