Yes you know nothing about diesels.
LOL! Coming from a person who posts more fake info than CNN. What are you up to now? Four or five false statements in this thread alone?RobertRyan wrote:
A. Small increase in NOx does not have a huge effect on power. Bit different if you run run considerable N0x into the engine, then the Oxygen is separated by the heat.
A small increase in NOx will allow for a slight increase in peak power just like the slight increase the Euro 3.0L Ecodiesel has over the US 3.0L that has to adhere to a slighlty stricter NOx requirement just like the graphs that I posted earlier showed.RobertRyan wrote:
Still the issue is and it is a major one will FCA be fined by the EU? Not exactly small fines either PACCAR had to pay $1billion just for price fixing
PACCAR fined $1billion by EU
This has nothing to do with the topic or the fact that Euro 6 has a less strict NOx requirement than the US regulations.
The topic was not about Euro 6 . It is about the VMotori Engine and FCA escaping
Escaping fines for perceived emission breaches. Well it might have escaped the EPA but it looks like FCA may have to pay fines over several engines, not just diesels to tbe EU. We wait how this will pan out .Penalties will be as severe as the the EPA ones
