The EcoDiesel will be back in RAM and Jeep vehicles for 2017. Looks like they have a fix for prior year vehicles as well. Announcement

Escaping fines for perceived emission breaches. Well it might have escaped the EPA but it looks like FCA may have to pay fines over several engines, not just diesels to tbe EU. We wait how this will pan out .Penalties will be as severe as the the EPA ones
No, the topic is about the US Ecodiesel being EPA certified for sale in the US again. It has nothing to do with Europe, Australia, or the rest of the world especially since the 3.0L engine was never banned in those countries partially due to their less strict NOx requirements.
