Yeah think I ran the Penzoil Euro L the first 170,000 then switched to Rotella T6. I usually find it on sale and buy a few cases. Get oil fuel & air filters from Rock Auto. Oil change cost $60 to $65 and is very easy & convenient to do on this truck. Filter removal is a no mess under the hood unit.
Unfortunately many not all of the especially city Ram dealerships seem to gouge people for oil changes. Finding a good Ram service department is more difficult than finding a good deal on a Ram truck. Back when the dealership did mine while still under warranty I always paid $125 and that was for the Euro L.
