Just me but I think the railroads are the big winner. Ship Cummins engines to Mexico and back haul PSD to the states. :B

If that is the case they need to seriously evaluate their ala carte approach to manufacturing. If this story is true there is something structurally wrong with their business model. Too big to be a kit car company but too small to be competitive with the big guys :)
