To be clear, FCA wants to merge with someone else. FCA does not want to "unload" Chrysler. This was all over Automotive News a few days ago, but actually this has been Sergio's plan for a long time. Sergio just wants to make a name for himself. He is quite the arrogant person. Bad news any way you want to look at it.
