I wouldn't think the Frontier would cease. I figured they would slap a different label on the same truck at the factory to give Ram a compact truck.

For the combined FCA to grow it needs to merge with another manufacturer. Marchionne has said this previously. My feelings it could be Hyundai/ Kia who have the cars Fiat needs, but FIat has the Heavy Trucks range IVECO, that it needs

I believe GM is not interested because they have no money for the deal. GM alone is on the verge of another Bankruptcy! FCA is smart in trying to add more lines to it`s division.

Maybe Cummins could buy the truck division, they have already separated the brand calling it a Ram.

Rumor is they are too big to fail. :)
