NOT what mfg. has published as max tow rating cause that is a marketing tool and far, far from being real world.
Load it up 'camp ready' (driver, passengers, any stuff inside vehicle, full fuel etc.) and go get it weighed ($10-$12).
With numbers from weigh ticket you can figure what you can really tow. Then you can shop for the trailer that fits within your vehicles actual tow capabilities (and not fall in love with one only to find out it is too heavy)

Total vehicle weight
Compare those numbers to the data stickers on your door jams/glove box/owners manual etc.
