This has nothing to do whatsoever with Cummins. The 5.9 and 6.7 are not affected.
Cummins and Fiat are in court over some issues with the 07.5 thru 2012. It is not for emissions cheating but for warranty emissions problems.
The emissions cheating in the 1500s and jeeps are not a Cummins engine
