It's not unrealistic. I met a guy just the other day who told me his late model Ram 2500 Cummins was getting 41 MPG highway, and it drops all the way down to 33 MPG when he pulls his gooseneck with about 11,000 lbs. loaded. :W
Is that by odometer meter checks in between tank fills, or by the guessometer. I flatley do not believe a 3/4 ton gets 41 mpg nor over 30 towing.
