Fiat to buy full control of Chrysler

The merger of equals was a joke. The Germans tend to have a good track record in mucking up US ran companies. Same happened with Solar World around here. Now Freightliner isn't what it used to be either due to Daimler. I just have a lot of resentment with Daimler because of taking such an innovative company at the time and leaving it to rot while dumping its cash into its Benz line. I'm sure Chrylser would be in a much better position today if it didn't merge with Daimler Benz. Even if Fiat is strapped for cash, the UAW is pretty wise to know the worth of its stock.
