What makes you think that Fiat and Chrysler wouldn't be merger together as Fiat would own both 100%. You'd best re-read the wordings so as not to be so fooled!
The conglomerate funds would be used by the sole control for the European development and to further moving production to Mexico and neither would be employing any production workers in the USA or Canada. Sole means "ONE" as in the controller of all! Read the words and weep!
