Macaronni was wooing Barra with the idea of a GM Fiat merger failed. Then Fiat was pursuing GM major stockholders into a merger that failed. Then Macoronni threatened a hostile takeover of GM that has seemed to have failed.
Bottom line Macaronni is all dressed up and no wheres to go. :B
