Wasn't it reported a while back that Fiat wanted to sell Chrysler, or am I confusing it with the Daimler era? Anyway yeah, pretty much the CUMMINS engine saved the Dodge truck, and that's a good thing... Really.... No, I mean it.
The companies are completely merged. It is owned by the shareholders of Fiat Chrysler. FCA.
