FIC 3500 power jack

We just brought home our new Rockwood trailer. It has an FIC 3500 power tongue jack but didn't come with any manual or info. The head of the jack interferes with opening my truck's tailgate when hooked up. I can't find any info about this jack on-line. Hoping I can turn the head 90 deg like I did on my old Barker jack. Does anyone have any info on this jack?
