I wouldn't hesitate driving that truck anywhere. Mine is a 2001 F350 7.3L with 170,000 mi and I wouldn't think twice of hopping in it today and driving it across the country. The only thing I would recommend doing if you haven't already is changing your front and rear differential fluid since you have over 100,000 mi. Best of luck.
