You could be right about that, don't know how the Chevy fills but on my Ram I did not notice any difference in the spout on the WangMart brand about $7.99 and the Peak Blue DEF, about $11.99, and I've bought both in the past. The Peak might have a better spout but both have worked for me just fine.
One thing I found out is that there is no "premium DEF", ie, one brand is not better than the other; it only has to meet a certain standard. It's kinda like when you buy isopropyl alcohol; buy the cheapest, it's all the same.
Agree! That's why I kept my spout from those first couple jugs of Blue Def and now use them on the Wall Mart jugs.
