If you look closely those 3 flip switches at the bottom control the fill. At the bottom left os a port to attach a clear 1/2" hose that will suck water from a bucket via the onboard pump.
The set up is quite ingenious and beats hoisting 5 gallon jugs to fill from gravity fill inlet.
I am a gadget guy and I have to say that's an impressive "Mission Control" panel! :)
