All I can say is when I went in last month to see if I was a lucky one who needed it replaced, they had it there, tagged it for me, then I went in the following week and had it replaced. It was easy and painless. Just like one would expect. I can't understand everyone else having problems. I guess go to Chrystal Chrysler in Indio CA and get treated well.
