I guess so, we all should just run to Indio, Ca. Not all dealerships are created equal.
I was on a waiting list at two different dealerships, before I heard about one a few miles out of town, called them ,and they had a pump, got in the next day and got it replaced. I have yet to hear from either dealership that I am on the waiting list.
