I can't tell a difference with our 83gal of combined grey and black tanks, whether they're full or not. They could be close to 700lbs when full, but that's a low single digit percentage of our total rig weight. Let's pretend for a moment that my rig weighs right at the 14K GVWR. Full grey/black tanks only account for 5%. In reality we're a bit heavier, and that ratio a bit lower.
It's not uncommon for us to travel 300-500mi with full tanks instead of making a special stop.
