I’m sure most states say something similar about gray water. http://www.mtrules.org/gateway/ruleno.asp?RN=17.36.319 talks about setbacks etc even for private land.
I guess you do have to think a tiny bit with a working brain to realize why you shouldn’t be dumping gray water.
