I have no issue with anybody driving at a speed they feel is reasonable and prudent. OTOH, the one I blame for the line of cars is the one that is behind too close for somebody to pass them and drop back in and slow to the speed of the other. It takes a running auto, and stupid speeds to pass 2 or more vehicles.
