I get tired of people in RVs driving 55 in a 65 on two lane HWYS with a line of car behind them.
Common courtesy goes both ways.
I see Troopers, Deputies and Police Officers here issuing tickets every day.
There is nothing quite as bad as driving up I15 from Provo to SLC. I remember 10 or was it 12 lanes of heavy traffic with aggressive drivers hitting speeds over 80 or 90 mph. It doesn't help if you are not familiar with the road and lane changes. I have only driven that a handful of times and have never seen anyone get a ticket. It would be all but impossible to pull someone over and how would a cop decide who to pull over when almost all of the traffic is speeding?
Most States have a maximum speed limit of 55 on 2 lane undivided highways. They also include passing lanes periodically to avoid backups with vehicles that cannot keep up or greatly exceed the speed limit.
