Many of the highways in Utah have 80 mph speed limits. 90 is only 10 over. It’s very uncommon to get a ticket unless you are more than 5 over and most of the time the LEOs won’t bother with people until they are 10 over. They only have to wait a bit to get one more than 10 over.
Also, many two lane highways out here have 70 mph speed limits. 55 is almost unheard of unless it’s dead in the middle of the city.
