When I upgraded to 19.5 wheels and tires, the speed rating for the tires was 70 mph. I keep under that anyway, typically my middle of nowhere in Nevada cruising speed is about 65. If someone is dying to pass but there are too many hills, curves or too much traffic to permit that, they might need to wait a bit.
