I drove my TC rig at 60 mph everywhere.
Simple calculation was telling that going faster, for each 1 hr saved on driving, I would burn about $50 worth of fuel and since my time is cheap on retirement, I went for cash saving.
Took us 9 weeks to drive to Alaska and back, but there was more to it.
