Some of you have put up with my whining about never knowing what truck I'll have available for camping - last weekend, my intended truck got sold the morning of the campout, sending me to a State Park...

You're lucky! Up until recently - Michigan made us charge sales tax on the selling price of the vehicle BEFORE trade-in. Now, they are generously giving a $2500 trade-in break on taxes.... yeeesh.
