Finally ordered a Stable Lift

That will adjust the width for the bottom of the lift, but not the top. To adjust the top you would need to unbolt the lift from the TC, move the top out with new holes. A whole lot of drama. I think it much easier to make it wide enough for the widest truck.

Adjusting the hoop front to rear can be done as burningman posted, but still requires some work.
