Bought an older, little used Lance in September. The only thing that didn't work was the original Prestige am/fm cassette radio and the bathroom vent fan had broken blades. My camper sat outside its whole life and is still in nice shape. But, i recaulked all the roof penetrations. There are a lot. Antenna for radio, antenna for tv, fridge, escape hatch, fantastic fan, bath vent, ladder and all the rack supports. Lots of Dicor. Definitely look at that. I ordered torklift tie downs, fast guns , ten ft. wire harness, bed mat and stableloads to engage those rear overloads. I spent 27 k on a good used Chevy and 5 k on camper and about 1200 on the things i needed to carry it. Money well spent on a rig that will go much further off the beaten path than almost any other type of RV. Welcome and enjoy. Best regards, DT.
