Propane cylinders, don't bother re-certifying them, valves are probably old style anyways. Just go to a place that does cylinder exchange get two new tanks, rip off their shrink wrap label and now you have two new serviceable tanks that are 75% full, just refill them when you run em empty.
my 2002 Lance 820 had horizontal propane tanks and they do not have to have the new valves on them. Read the label on the tanks which on mine says to refill them in the vertical position which means you must remove them from the camper. Not a hard thing to do. Enjoy your new set up :)
