There are a number of forum members that have owned trucks with the Ecoboost since their introduction and I beleive you are the first owner I've seen to report this issue on here. This leads me to beleive it's a not a widespread problem.(unlike for example trouble with the 6.0 diesel) I hope a solution is found for your truck's problems.
The CAC condensation design problem is embedded in EVERY F-150 EcoBust engine ever built. Can occur with ANY owner under certain climatic conditions or even without, but with a long drive, 3-4 hours, always in cruise or idle.
