The CAC condensation design problem is embedded in EVERY F-150 EcoBust engine ever built. Can occur with ANY owner under certain climatic conditions or even without, but with a long drive, 3-4 hours, always in cruise or idle.
It happened once to mine when I was driving with cruise control on in the rain for several hours. I decided to stomp on it to see if it would happen. It did.:( I took it to the dealer, who reflashed the computer. I have not been able to get it to do it again. That was about 15,000 miles ago. At this point, I consider it a non-issue.
