There is no comparisons to NASCAR. They use the sheet metal templates and wrap them around the same race chassis. Explain why NASCAR still uses carburetors, no traction control, AWD, IRS or any number of modern technologies that would make them much faster. It's not like the teams said crap, how are we going to deal with the FWD cars we loosely base our vehicles on.
