I suspect either State of Michigan or insurance companies have a lot of small time welders scared of something.
My business liability is stupid high but we both live here (Wolverene) so we both know how insurance works here. If I didn't own acreage and farm, I'd be somewhere else. Michigan is suffocating with insurance, has poor roads and high RE taxes plus Snyder taxes my pension. Nice guy.
