Legally you can't conceal carry in Ca if you're not a resident. They aren't even reciprocal with any other state.
When I travel into CA from OR I leave it locked in my secret place unloaded. Once setup then I'm in my own residence and it can be unlocked and loaded. I'm no expert but I didn't think you can do open carry in CA either. I'm just using CA as an example because I travel their once or twice a year. I did the same thing when I went to MT, WA, and ID last year on a 2 week trip.
Just wondering how you transport a loaded pistol across state lines legally?
I would love to see the house bill pass that allows conceal carry across state lines. Fingers crossed.
