My Michelin OEM tires are cracking all over the sidewall after only 3 yrs. Still have over half of tread.
I've had good luck with them they just don't go a lot of miles. 30-40,000 is about it but for the price they are good tires.
Same with me. Perfectly good tires for the price, but they don't seem to last as long as other tires -- and those "other" tires are usually more expensive, so there you go.
I also have Firestone Winterforce tires I put on my truck in the winter. These have been great during the winter. They are actual snow tires, so they are only on in the winter - soft tread compound.
If money was no object, I would probably buy another brand with a longer lasting reputation, but the Firestones work fine.
