Another question. The Transforce tires I am considering is with the GM dealer where I bought my truck. They offered me some discount because I have bought my last four trucks from them. That being said is it possible if I bought a set from them would it be OEM quality tires or is that only a problem from the factory?
I only drive this truck when pulling my 5er thus only 16K miles on the 2014 and it stays under a cover when not being driven.
Also I don't rotate the tires because I have the chrome rims but only on 4 tires and they would have to dismount and remount to rotate. GM dealer recommended against this.
Lot of gibberish over a new set of tires but $12-$1400 is a lot of money to me and I don't want to be spending that much ever three years.
Why don't you rotate tires because of the chrome rims? If you mean because you are including a full size spare on a steel rim, I just don't include the spare in the rotation. But I check on the condition of the spare with each rotation.
