There are 3 possibilities:
1) If you have a GM car and it is still within 3 years since the tire was supplied to GM, it is very, very likely that the tire would be identical to what was supplied originally. You can tell because the tire will have the TPC number on it.
2) The tire is still being supplied to the OEM and the tire manufacturer doesn't produce an aftermarket version under the same make and model (I only know of one tire manufacturer who does that), then you'll be getting the OEM version.
3) The tire is no longer supplied to the OEM, then you'll get the aftermarket version.
