A lot of these tire companies are American that have overseas factories. They are part to blame as they allow them to utilize cheaper rubber formulations . They need to step up their inspection and quality control and use better formulas as they used to do.Its all about saving a dime. There is no regulatory agency checking what comes into America.. So they can put anything they want on the tire. Aint nobody checking !!!
