Yours is a classic example why a dual axle trailer in any given size is arguably much better than a single axle. My recently installed Goodyear Endurance LR D tires are rated 2040 lbs @ 65 psi, four obviously could handle up to 8150 lbs ... with my trailer's GVWR being 5898 lbs I'm not anywhere near the limits of these tires. Keep in mind also that when running tires that are as close to the limits as yours are that the gross weight of any trailer will rarely be equally divided from one side to the other so you could still easily be exceeding the tire load rating of one of those tires.
