You must live for these kind of post....I believe it makes your life. Don't know what you would or could do if you didn't have Ram to stomp into the ground...close to a border line obsession type thing with you, or at least it seems that way from all the post I've read of yours when it comes to talking about trucks....What does ITguy mean in your case? "Insolent Troublemaking guy"?
..oh, nothing wrong with "distant 3rd"...lot's of room for improvement and Ram will only move up:), where as your perfect vehicle has no where else to go, it has reached Utopia, or Eden....you decide, you're the one with all the knowledge and answers, no matter how full of hatefulness your post are.
Naah I'm fine - was having a civil discussion until it devolved from there. I chose the best for my needs. It just so happens that the majority of truck buyers agree with me. No need to constantly tell myself mine is better cause the majority agree with me.
There is a reason the vast majority of truck buyers choose Ford and GM. Chew on that for a bit...
Nah, I already knew that and if I "chewed on it a bit", it would probably help make your day....I've owned Chevy's since 1966 through June of 2010, and since then been the Ram trucks...though I never gave them a second look, nor wanted to have anything to do with them, especially after owning 3 Chevy D/A's....but, once I drove and owned the 2010, now I have the 13'...guess I'm a little more open minded and realize it's not a bad truck at all. I love it.
Hey, I'm glad Ford is doing well, My company manufacturers brake calipers, ABS and ESC systems for more than several of their vehicles, along with other safety features for quite a few auto manufacturers vehicles, as well as GM, Chrysler, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Fiat, Subaru, and VW, to name a few, but then the other part of the company put's quite a few tires on these and even more vehicles, ie Generals and Continental tires, so...I'm tickled pink that business is booming for all these manufacturers....keeps me in business, and business is booming...oh, forgot to add, Toyota, Nissan and Honda....The more sold, the bigger our contracts are for our product, heck we even fly a FORD, QUALITY 1 banner that we EARNED from Ford, given to us for supplying them with a most excellent quality product, (tier 1 supplier), I even get employee discounts from the big three....yep, love to see all the sells....:B
NC,
I'm a bit surprised on your Ford comments above after reading your comments/participation in the "Help with Purchase 2500 RAM or 6.7 Super Duty" over at Cumminsforum.com where a guy has the balz to ask such a question and gets bashed! :R
Tick..Tock...Tick...Tock :W
Read it all. all...guess if a guy came over to the Ford forum and ask what he should purchase, a ram or a ford, that it would stay civil on that forum...yeah, "and the cow jumped over the moon", please, at least be honest to some extent.....one can only take so much, and I AM human, I will fall back to the classless chump that I can be.(know you've never "picked a side", huh:)
I don't' have a clock that goes tick-tock, mine is digital, but here I am and have no clue what you expected me to say, certainly not going to embellish or lie....again, unlike you, I'm a human being, I'll show some emotion, depending on what is being brought forward and how it is delivered...sorry , sometimes I just have to act like a human being:h
Hey, I'm glad they, as well as everyone else MY company has a contract with is selling lot's of vehicles...for me, it's job security....We made almost 9,000,000 brake calipers at my plant last year, will be more this year and by 2015, with the new and extended contracts, will be close to 15,000,000...and we're adding another 89,000 sq ft of plant to our existing plant now to add more caliper lines....So GO FORD, GO GM, GO CHRYSLER, BMW, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, VW, Subaru, Toyota, Honda, Nissan...we'll manufacture all the brake calipers, ABS, ESC, brake by wire systems and tires for these and even more vehicles that we can. Right here in the mountains of NC....:)
