From what I could tell, they are taxed differently but they are the same ULSD #2...
Some rigs use both: one for the tractor, one for refrigeration units, which isn't subject to over-the-road taxes.
Anyhow, I chose tractor. Would love to hear from someone who knows for sure what all this means, though...
