As mentioned by some other users, you will need to enter a "control number" every time you use the RV Plus card. This is basically the same as a PIN and ensures that you are the one in "control" of your card. When you set up the account you were issued a random control number, however, this can easily be changed to any number that you would like. Simply give us a call at 855-478-7587 or email us at cardservices@pilotflyingj.com and we'll be happy to change it for you.
