You have to schedule the tour in advance (I guess security reasons?) I don't think you see much more except maybe the cameras recording the fishes going through the ladder.
I'm avoiding now going back through US-2 and Leavenworth. I was stuck two weekends for more than an hour near Sultan due to the three lights they have there. Can you imagine getting stuck in a light 17 miles away?
