You don't want to have your black tank hooked to the drain and emptying every time you use the toilet, you want it to fill up some before emptying so everything can get cleaned out - your black tank will probably easily last a long weekend before needing to be drained. I wouldn't bother getting an extra long black tank "stinky slinky" hose unless you will be staying long term at a campground.
