When I purchased my 2010 Ram 3500 dually new, I got 4 free oil changes, same with the 12' and same with the 13'....Same with the 14' Jeep Compass the wife drives, 4 free oil changes. Nothing was mentioned, nor did I ask about them, but about 2 weeks after the purchase of these vehicles, I got information in the mail telling me the first 4 oil changes were free.

Really strange that wouldn't be one of their sales pitches. Marketing is dropping the ball on this one. Curious why this dude is having to pay for his first service.
