one more question:
after I empty the tanks (run the faucets, open the hot water heater release valve, open the hot water heater drain, open the fresh water tank drain, open the low point drains) and then close everything back up, and then fill with the bleach water and let it sit - how do I ensure the bleachy water gets back into the hot water heater and fills it?
